What I’m All About
I want people to experience an increased sense of self trust in order to move through life with a steady connection to themselves. I believe this ability is accessible to all people through themselves, and I love being a team member in creating a lasting foundation. Grief is something that accompanies us through life changes big and small, It has the ability to transform us if we let it and are supported through that transition. I help people reframe their life story to embrace the courage necessary to do this and to see the beauty in the duality of life’s ebbs and flows
